Our organization is comprised of the hospital itself, the adjacent Gilmer Nursing Home, the specialty clinic—featuring some of the best specialized health care providers in the region, and the Lasata Medical Day Spa—featuring laser, light and esthetic therapies all under one roof. 

We also own and operate physician practices at Apple Medical Center, Craig Family Medicine, Gilmer Pediatrics, North Georgia Internal Medicine, and North Georgia Orthopedic Surgery and Sports Medicine.
